SURRENDER YOUR PET
Surrendering a pet is an emotional and tough decision to make. Thank you for considering our rescue to help you and your pet. Please fill out our surrender application above and a member of our team will reach out ASAP. This form is the most efficient way of collecting your pets info so we can see if we have a foster home for the pet. If you have any questions we would be happy to answer them. We try to get all of our rescue into foster homes soon as possible to reduce their anxiety/trauma, but your pet will likely go to boarding at our vet or to a team members home to begin our process.

Making a donation with your surrender helps us help out your pet. It is not a requirement but it helps greatly
BE HONEST! Lying on your application only puts our staff, fosters, families and other rescue animals in danger.
Our ability to take in surrenders depends on our available foster families. We have limited foster families, if you can foster the pet while we home search it will increase our odds of being able to help out.
Fosters for large breed, pit-mixes and adult cats are the hardest fosters to find. Having pledges and/or a foster lined up for the surrendered pet increases the odds of us being able to help out.
We love to help dogs, but dogs with a bite/aggression history WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED for our rescue. We are not equipped for these types of dogs- Please reach out to a training facility or behavioral vet.
